 Built between 1915-1916. Located at 115 Old Mt Druitt Road, Mt Druitt (street number incorrectly given as 111 in the whitepages).

A single brick gothic style building in "L" shape plan with gable ended galvanised iron roof. The slender pointed windows are highlighted by white render.

Part of the Presbyterian Church of Eastern Australia, a splinter group from the Presbyterian church which was formed in 1843.
