Built c.1887. Located at 357 Rooty Hill Road North, Plumpton.
This house is an excellent example of country vernacular architecture
and may be associated with the development of the Woodstock Cannery
which opened in 1887.
A single storey brick house with hipped roof in galvanised iron. The
front and sides are surrounded by a verandah supported by timber posts.
The frontage displays attractive french doors to the main rooms.
