Built before 1910. Located at 74 Mount Druitt Road, Mount Druitt.

The house is a good example of the transition from the Victoria period to the Federation period. The house was built by Jack Byrns whose son Alan John changed the spelling of the surname to Burns.

A single storey brick house with pyramidal hipped roof in galvanised iron and small front verandah. The front windows are adorned with flanking Georgian shutters.
