Built before 1900. Located at 39 Cannery Road, Plumpton.
A good example of simple habitation which developed in response to the
local canning industry.
A single storey weatherboard cottage with gable ended galvanised iron
roof and bull-nose verandah. There is also an older smaller cottage at
the rear which has been modernised.
Presumably named after the town, Lozelles, just outside of Birmingham,
England (now a suburb).
